My light is defective! What do I do?
If you are having issues with your Aviator or Afterburner due to a defect, please email email@example.com with the information below.
Note that you needed to have signed up for the Fortified Warranty within 30 days of your purchase in order to receive a replacement.
1) Explanation of the defect
2) Proof of the defect in the form of a photo or video
3) Photo of the serial number located inside the battery chamber of the light
4) Current Shipping Address
5) If you purchased the light from a third party, include proof of purchase.
