My light is broken or damaged! What do I do?

If your Aviator or Afterburner has been damaged, please email customerlove@fortifiedbike.com with the information below. 

Note that you needed to have signed up for the Fortified Warranty within 30 days of your purchase in order to receive a replacement.

1) Explanation of how the light was damaged

2) Proof of the damage in the form of a photo or video

3) Photo of the serial number located inside the battery chamber of the light 

4) Current Shipping Address

5) If you purchased the light from a third party, include proof of purchase.
