My U-lock Mount is broken. What do I do?

Unfortunately, U-lock mounts in general are not very sturdy and they may occasionally buckle under the weight of the lock. 

We suggest you carry the lock in your bag or on your rack, if possible. 

As we realize not everyone rides with a bag, feel free to email customer support at customerlove@fortifiedbike.com for assistance. They will be able to help you out with a new U-lock mount.

Please be advised that the new mount, may unfortunately come to the same fate as the original.
